It is absolutely easy to use our service to ship your packages to Jamaica.
Firstly, you will need an account. You can have an agent set up an account for you or visit our website and sign up, www.asapexpressit.com.

You will receive the address for our warehouse after signing up. This will be the address that you use when you’re placing orders online.

After you have successfully placed your orders and your packages are delivered you will receive notifications from us with all relevant details and requests for hassle free shipping to Jamaica.

ASAP Express Limited was created by people who are frustrated with the high shipping rates and poor customer service currently being offered by many of the courier services in Jamaica.

This delay is on the part of our carrier, Caribbean Airlines. The shipment was delivered to the Caribbean Airlines warehouse in Miami on time. However, they are experiencing difficulties in transporting the volume of cargo that was received.
This shipment is now scheduled to arrive in Jamaica on (INSERT DATE).
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused as a result of this delay.
There are two packages available for pickup on your dashboard. Each invoice breakdown is listed below:

3. After clicking that button, select ‘profile’ from the drop-down menu.
4. Scroll down until you see a section highlighted in yellow that is labeled ‘authorize pickup’.
5. Select ‘add/update’ to authorize persons to pick up packages on your behalf.

The warehouse was opened on (INSERT DAY) to facilitate deliveries. However, we are still not seeing a package that was delivered for you on our systems. Therefore, this delivery failure may be an issue on the part of your carrier/ supplier. Did your supplier confirm any reattempted delivery?
If yes, kindly provide us with a screenshot of this proof of delivery. If no, kindly contact your supplier and ask them to reattempt delivery.
We appreciate you asking about discounted pricing. Discounts and promotions are offered randomly and the conditions vary. So to answer your question, no discounts are not constantly applied when others use your referral code. However, if the conditions of a discount period requires use of referral codes, then you will benefit from referrals.
Export
Friends / relative sending packages
Unfortunately, we do not provide export services at this time. We only ship packages inbound to Jamaica.
Your friends and relatives can send items to you. They can deliver the package to the warehouse personally or send it with a carrier company such as (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.). Please ask them to label the package correctly with your name and ASAP mailbox number.

In between weight charge
The final shipping cost is calculated by adding the weight rate of your package and the Customs charge (if received). I can calculate an estimate for you if I am provided with the package weight and order total.
Packages with weights not listed on the rate chart will be charged the next rate up. For example: A package weighing 1.5lbs will incur a charge of $800.
Also, a processing fee of $200 is charged for packages over 5lb.
Invoice request - shipment received but the package is not processed
Invoice submission importance
I am still in the process of checking on this package for you with the relevant departments. However, I did notice that an invoice was not submitted. This can sometimes be an issue, causing the package to be detained by Customs. Kindly submit the invoice for this package while the checks are being done.
Packages with an order total of USD 50 or less will not attract Customs charges. However, if the value is greater, Customs charges will be calculated on the full value. It is therefore important that the invoice be included in the package, or presented to Customs to assist with the assessment of the items.

Unfortunately we do not ship mails. However, we do make exceptions if it is delivered in a package-sized envelope labelled with a tracking number.
You may contact your courier/ delivery personnel and instruct them to encase your mail in a package and label it with a tracking number.
Your mail will now be shipped as a small package.
We can confirm that your package has been delivered to the warehouse. It is scheduled to arrive in Jamaica on Wednesday for Customs clearance.
We are currently working to have your dashboard updated. This package may have to be manually added to the dashboard after being processed in the office.

Before making your first order there are a few things you must know:
1. Your ASAP MAILBOX NUMBER is Mandatory on all orders being placed (Highlighted as address line 2)
2. Always provide us with a copy of your invoice to prevent delays at Customs.
3. Items over USD 50 are liable to attract Customs Duty charges.
4. We have two shipment days, Mondays and Fridays. Packages that are processed at the warehouse and added to your dashboard between Monday and Wednesday are expected to arrive in the scheduled Friday shipment. While packages that are processed at the warehouse and added to your dashboard between Thursday and Saturday are expected to arrive in the shipment scheduled for Monday.
Unfortunately, there have not been any package updates for you lately. Kindly provide us with the tracking number for the package that you are expecting.

We facilitate deliveries island-wide via Knutsford Express or Zipmail.
Once your package is available for pick up or delivery, kindly transfer or deposit the amount reflected on your account to us. Place the name of the ASAP Express account holder in the description to assist us in tracing the transaction (for online transfers).
You will then be required to provide a screenshot or copy of the receipt indicating that payment has been made. After your payment is reflected in our account, your packages will be sent out via Knutsford Express or Zipmail.
Upon collecting the package from Knutsford Express, you will pay their delivery charge. They charge six hundred and fifty dollars ($650.00) for items 10lbs and below.
For Zipmail kindly transfer the total reflecting in your account with an additional four hundred dollars ($400.00) to pay for the delivery services via the post office.
We expect your package(s) to be a part of our shipment that is scheduled to arrive today. Our representatives are currently at the airport awaiting confirmation from our airline carrier. Once these packages are received and processed in office, an update will be provided.
