Accepted Supplier

ASAP mailbox number importance

We accept packages from any supplier or merchant that will ship or deliver to our warehouse.

Using your ASAP mailbox number is mandatory when shipping with us and it is very important when packages are being assigned to accounts. It allows each package to be referenced without confusion or unintentional assignment to the wrong user. Please bear in mind that your name may not be unique and we need to have a guaranteed way to differentiate between users with the same name.  

 

Kindly remember to include your ASAP Mailbox number (Address Line 2) on all your orders. If your supplier does not have a section for this address line, you can attach your mailbox number to your last name or just attach the word ‘ASAP’ to your last name.

If you don’t have a credit card, we’ll shop for you! Kindly follow the steps below if you opt to use our credit card service:

 

  1. Submit the correct link to all items needed.

  2. Insert a note below each submitted link with all item specifications (Size, colour, quantity, etc.)

  3. Select payment option after you have received the price quotation for the selected item(s). (Cash/Card accepted in office or bank transfer)

 

After payment has been made in full your order will be placed within the next 24 hours. Your order confirmation along with other tracking details will be sent to you via email as they become available.

Invoice

Telephone number

A commercial invoice is a document that helps your package get through customs. A properly completed and correct commercial invoice for import helps customs authorities quickly decide which taxes and import duties apply to your package. Having your invoice also prevents delays.

Invoices are required to highlight the following:

1. The description of the item/items expected as well as the associated cost.

2. The payment details (Subtotal, tax, shipping fee, grand total, etc.)

3. The tracking number

 

HOW TO LOCATE?

You can contact your supplier directly for your invoice or you may retrieve it from your order history. A few general steps are listed below:

​

1. Browse your supplier's mobile app or website to find the order history section.

2. Take screenshots that clearly show the items in the package.

3. Take a screenshot that clearly shows the complete payment details section.

Tracking number

A tracking number or tracking code is a unique number assigned to each package, which allows you to monitor the movement of the parcel inside a country or even between countries.

HOW TO LOCATE?

​

You can contact your supplier directly for your tracking number or you may retrieve it from your order history. A few general steps are listed below:

​

1. Browse your supplier's mobile app or website to find the order history section.

2. Locate and select the track package option.

3. Take a screenshot that clearly shows the complete tracking number.

TRACKING NUMBER NOT FOUND

 

The tracking number you submitted does not seem to be valid. Please review or contact your supplier to check the number.

USPS 

(Incorrect zip code)

Walmart (Postmate)

There are times when USPS uses incorrect zip codes in their delivery notifications as the bearers may digitally mark a package as delivered before they arrive at the location. Usually, it is not a cause for concern. Please provide the tracking number for your package so that we can check on this further with the warehouse team.

FIRST RESPONSE

It seems that your package was delivered using Walmart’s Post Mate delivery system. Under this system items are usually delivered in plastic bags and left outside the facility unattended.
Unfortunately, our warehouse does not accept items delivered in plastic bags or with inadequate shipping information. 

​

When suppliers deliver parcels in this fashion to our warehouse, they usually leave them in unsecured places (hanging them on door handles, leaving them atop mailboxes etc.), and they do not allow the proper personnel to sign for the package. Additionally, it is difficult for the warehouse team to locate them ( if it is that they were successfully delivered). 

​

This has proven to be a common issue with Walmart. We urge you to contact your supplier and advise them of the matter to see how they can best assist you. 

Please be sure to relay to them that plastic bags are not an appropriate packaging medium for the location where your item(s) are to be delivered.

​

In the interim, we will ask our warehouse representatives to check thoroughly to confirm if they received your package(s).

​

NOT LOCATED

 

We're very sorry to inform you that the package with tracking number (insert tracking number) was not located at the warehouse. If you wish to query this further, kindly contact your supplier for a proof of delivery. This should show:

 

1. The exact address of delivery

2. Name of the person who collected your package

3. The date of delivery

4. The time of delivery
